Gluten Free Options
Many of the things we make at Jubilee can be made gluten-free...and we bet you won't even know the difference!
Charlottes, tiramisu, tarts and cheesecakes all have gluten-free versions. See our pastries page for more information.
All cakes and cupcakes can also be made gluten-free. Please contact us for an estimate.
Please note that although we take the utmost care not to cross-contaminate, we do bake with gluten in our kitchen. All cakes should be considered as if marked "produced in a facility that also handles wheat".
Wheat Free Options
All of Jubilee’s cakes can also be made wheat-free (replacing the wheat with either spelt flour or einkorn flour) for those who can tolerate some gluten, but not wheat.
Vegan Options
At Jubilee we have developed vegan versions of many of our croissants and puff pastry-based products. Taste-testers have told us they couldn’t believe they were vegan! See our pastries page for more information.
