Croissants


We make traditional croissants, as well as pain au chocolat (chocolate croissants), and almond croissants. An amazing way to start your day!

Kouign Amann

This traditional Breton pastry is like a croissant, but with sugar added to the dough, which then caramelizes when it bakes. A must-try pastry if you’ve never had one!

Puff pastry tarts

With a puff pastry base, a light almond filling and topped with apples or apricots, these tarts are just the right combination of sweet and crispy!

Our tarts come in many flavors, from fresh fruit with a vanilla custard base, to chocolate or fruit-curd fillings.

Tiramisu

Lady-fingers, espresso, and a mascarpone cheese filling. Only the presentation of our tiramisu is a little non-traditional.

Charlottes

A lady-finger shell holds layers of fresh fruit, mousse and cream. Favorite combinations include lemon-blueberry, mango-passionfruit and raspberry-creme brulee.

Incredibly light and silky, our cheesecake comes in several flavors beyond vanilla, including key-lime, ginger and strawberry.
